2. Products & Orders

All orders are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of:
– suspected fraud
– incorrect customer information
– payment issues

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices include VAT where applicable.
Accepted payment methods: card payments via secure encrypted processors.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days.
Delivery time: 4–12 business days depending on location.
Customers will receive a tracking number via email.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU / OG 34/2014)

Customers have the legal right to return the product within 14 days from receiving it, without giving a reason.
The item must be returned in good condition.
Return shipping costs may be charged to the customer.

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–14 days after receiving the returned product.

7. Warranty

All products include a 24-month conformity warranty according to EU law.

8. Liability

MagProjector is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or force majeure events.
