1. 14-Day Return Right

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, according to EU Directive 2011/83 and OG 34/2014.

2. Condition of Returned Items

Products must be returned in similar condition to how they were received, including:
– accessories
– cables
– packaging (if possible)

3. Return Procedure

Email us at support@magprojector.shop with your order number.
We will send return instructions.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned product arrives at our facility and is verified.
Timeframe: 7–14 business days.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged/defective product, we will replace it free of charge.
